High-pressure synthesis up to 2,900 psi and 446 °F featuring highly corrosive reagents like HCl and HF demand reactors in which metal-free work is possible in both liquid and gaseous phases. The reactors in the DB series entirely lined with PTFE and are therefore particularly well-suited for the most chemically demanding of synthesis reactions.
